Function Hire
The clubhouse at Whitley Golf Club is available for private function hire. The clubhouse has a fully licensed bar and can accommodate party sizes up to 80 people. A small marquee is also available for larger party sizes which means the capacity can be increased to 100.
The clubhouse is also licensed for live and recorded music and we can book a disco for your party. The bar will close at midnight and the room should be cleared by 00.30am at the latest.
WE ARE NOT TAKING ANY BOOKINGS FOR FUNCTIONS BEFORE OCTOBER 2012. IF YOU WISH TO DISCUSS A BOOKING PLEASE PHONE AND ASK TO SPEAK TO JACK.

We provide a buffet menu which can be seen below and prices are charged per head. Food for functions must be provided by the golf club apart from celebration cakes.
A non refundable deposit of the hire fee must be made at the time of booking and full payment of the food cost must be made 1 week before the function. |
