Function Hire

The clubhouse at Whitley Golf Club is available for private function hire. The clubhouse has a fully licensed bar and can accommodate party sizes up to 65 people. A small marquee is also available for larger party sizes which means the capacity can be increased to 100.

The clubhouse is also licensed for live and recorded music and we can book a disco for your party. The bar will close at midnight and the room should be cleared by 00.30am at the latest.

We provide a buffet menu which is attached and prices are charged per head. Food for functions must be provided by the golf club apart from celebration cakes.

A non refundable deposit of £20 must be paid at the time of booking and full booking payment must be made within seven days, failure to do so will result in your booking being lost.
